Are there AI usage limits?

On Individual and Team, AI is included with no credit limits — generate as much as your courses need, subject to fair use. Only the free plan is metered: it comes with 500 one-time AI credits. A credit is spent when AI does work for you — 1 credit for an AI Tutor or Assistant message (or grading a single question), 3 credits for a single generation (a lesson, slides, a study guide, a worksheet, a page, a set of up to 5 questions, or decomposing a syllabus into a course), and 10 credits to grade a submitted file or generate an image. Building a typical full course runs about 100–300 credits.

What happens when the free plan's credits run out?

Nothing you've built is ever lost — your courses and content stay exactly as they are. To keep generating, upgrade to Individual or Team, where AI is included with no credit limits, or connect your own AI key (BYOK).

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Plans are self-serve — cancel from Plan & Billing inside the app whenever you like, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

What does “1 course” on the Free plan mean?

One course at a time. You can build, publish, and export it — and when you're ready for another, delete it to free the slot, or upgrade to Individual or Team for as many courses as you need.

Do credits roll over?

Only the free plan uses credits, and its 500 are one-time rather than monthly, so there is nothing to reset. Paid plans have no allowance to roll over — AI is included with no credit limits.

Which LMSes can deliver my course?

Accepted Answer

Any LMS that supports LTI 1.3 — Canvas, Moodle, Schoology, and more — can redeem your access code. And every course can also be exported to SCORM, Common Cartridge, or Moodle .mbz for everything else.
